Used For:

• Acute musculoskeletal pain with spasm and inflammation,

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, thiocolchicoside, or NSAIDs; History of asthma, urticaria, or rhinitis with NSAIDs; Peptic ulcer, GI bleeding, severe gastritis; Severe hepatic or renal impairment;Pregnancy: especially contraindicated in 2nd and 3rd trimester;Lactation;

Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, gastritis, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhea; Drowsiness, dizziness, headache; Rash, itching, allergic reactions, Raised liver enzymes (due to paracetamol or aceclofenac)

Precautions:

• Elderly patients, Patients with mild renal/hepatic impairmentPatients with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, or diabetesAvoid combining with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing medicinesAvoid long-term use (thiocolchicoside has potential genotoxicity with prolonged exposure)Advise patients not to drive or operate heavy machinery (risk of sedation/drowsiness)

Dietary Restrictions:

• Take after food to reduce gastric irritation. Avoid alcohol (increases risk of liver damage and GI bleeding). Avoid excessive caffeine and smoking (can worsen gastric irritation)Maintain hydration, especially if on long-term NSAID therapy.
