• Pain, inflammation, and swelling,

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, or other NSAIDs; Peptic ulcer disease, GI bleeding, or gastritis;Severe hepatic or renal impairment; Heart failure or uncontrolled hypertension (NSAID risk); Bleeding disorders (serratiopeptidase can increase bleeding tendency); Pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester) and lactation

Side Effects:

• Gastrointestinal: Nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea; CNS: Dizziness, headache, mild drowsiness; Skin: Rash, itching, allergic reactions; Hepatic: Elevated liver enzymes (due to paracetamol or aceclofenac); Mild gastric irritation (reduced if taken with food)

Precautions:

• Use with caution in: Elderly patients (higher GI and renal risk); Hypertensive, diabetic, cardiac, hepatic, or renal-compromised patients;Patients on anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs (bleeding risk due to serratiopeptidase); Avoid using more than one NSAID-containing drug simultaneously.; Monitor liver & kidney function with prolonged use.;Avoid self-medication for chronic pain.

Dietary Restrictions:

• Take after meals with water to minimize gastric irritation.; Avoid alcohol – increases risk of liver toxicity and GI bleeding.; Avoid spicy or acidic foods if gastritis occurs.; Maintain good hydration.; Avoid smoking (worsens gastric and cardiovascular risk).; Do not mix with other paracetamol or NSAID-based OTC medications.
