Used For:

• Taxim-O is used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms.Common indications include:Respiratory tract infections: bronchitis, pneumonia, pharyngitis, tonsillitisUrinary tract infections (UTIs)Ear, nose, and throat infections: otitis media, sinusitisTyphoid fever (Salmonella typhi)Skin and soft tissue infectionsGonorrhea (uncomplicated cases)

Contraindications:

• Do not use in:Allergy to cephalosporins, penicillins, or beta-lactam antibioticsHistory of severe hypersensitivity reactions (like anaphylaxis) to antibioticsSevere renal impairment (dose adjustment required)History of antibiotic-associated colitis (pseudomembranous colitis)

Side Effects:
