Contraindications:
Do not use Taffic in people who:Are allergic to any of its components (bictegravir, emtricitabine, tenofovir alafenamide). Are taking dofetilide (risk of serious cardiac effects) or rifampin (decreases bictegravir levels). Have severe renal impairment (e.g., eGFR <15 mL/min) without dialysis — requires specialist dosing decisions

Precautions:

Dietary Restrictions:
