• Orofer XT is used to prevent and treat iron deficiency and folate deficiency anemia, especially in:Iron deficiency anemia (low hemoglobin, fatigue, pallor)Anemia in pregnancy and lactationAnemia due to chronic blood loss or poor dietPost-surgery recoveryNutritional deficiency in children and adolescentsAdjuvant therapy in chronic diseases causing anemia (e.g., kidney disease,infections)

Adult Dosage:

• 1 tablet once daily, after meals with water or juice.In severe deficiency, doctor may advise 1 tablet twice daily.Duration: usually 8–12 weeks or until hemoglobin normalizes.Continue for 1–3 months after correction to replenish iron stores.

Contraindications:

Precautions:

Dietary Restrictions:
