Contraindications:

Precautions:

Dietary Restrictions:

• Avoid spicy, oily, fried foods, citrus fruits, tomatoes.Limit tea, coffee, carbonated drinks.Avoid alcohol and smoking → worsen acidity.Eat small, frequent meals instead of heavy meals.Avoid lying down immediately after eating (wait 2–3 hours).Reduce NSAIDs (e.g., Zerodol, Ibuprofen) unless necessary.
