Used For:

• Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection,

Adult Dosage:

• Typical dose: Usually 150 mg once daily or as prescribed by a physician.May also be given twice daily (75 mg every 12 h) depending on treatment regimen.Take with or without food.

Contraindications:

• Do not take Lavir 150 if you have:Known allergy to lamivudine or any component of the tablet. Caution if there is severe kidney impairment — dosing adjustments may be required

Pancreatitis: severe upper abdominal pain.
